From Shrewsbury take the A49 north towards Whitchurch. From the Battlefield roundabout continue for approximately 5.5 miles before taking the right hand turn signposted to Weston under Redcastle. Continue up the hill into the village and bear left towards the Hawkestone Golf Course. Windmill Cottage will be found after a short distance on the left hand side.
