Beulah House has been greatly improved by the current owners and offers superbly presented, flexible accommodation laid out over three floors, which briefly comprises a porch, a sitting room with wood burning stove, a dual aspect family/dining room with attractive fireplace, a kitchen/breakfast room and a conservatory on the ground floor. On the first floor, a spacious landing provides the perfect ‘work from home’ space and leads to two spacious double bedrooms, and a family bathroom which has been upgraded and provides a walk-in shower and a separate bath. The second floor provides a large attic room which is currently used as a home studio, flooded with light from three Velux windows. This could be utilized as the principal bedroom suite and potential exists to create a walk-in wardrobe or even an en-suite.

OUTSIDE
To the front of the property, Beulah House is well-screened from the road with mature hedging and a driveway provides parking for several vehicles. Double gates lead to a mature rear garden, mainly laid to lawn but with the generous original Victorian block paved terrace, mature borders and a Gabriel Ash 8’ x 10’ greenhouse. The red brick outbuildings are a fantastic addition, currently providing generous storage but could be improved/converted if required, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents. A utility room houses the washing machine and is perfect for gardeners, along with the outdoor WC.
