Sidford is a pretty village on the outskirts of the popular seaside town of Sidmouth in Devon. Considered to be the gateway to the Jurassic Coast, a large part of the town is a designated conservation area.
Sidmouth is an established retirement location and in 2014 was named by The Times as one of the 30 best places to live in the countryside because of its “Regency architecture and stunning Jurassic Coast views”.
With a population of around 15,000, the town has an excellent range of amenities, while still retaining that relaxed, quiet atmosphere.
