Each studio room benefits from a kitchenette, a double bed, a desk top work area, cupboards, a shower, basin and WC. There is also the benefit that the broadband and all bills are included. We can offer a secure parking space for an additional charge (please enquire on application about this as there are only a limited number of spaces). There is also a bike store, laundry room and communal gardens to the rear of the building. The rooms are available from 1st September 2023 to FULL TIME STUDENTS ONLY.

Permitted Payments - Permitted Payments
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Before the tenancy starts (payable to Francis Louis 'the Agent')
Holding Deposit: 1 week's rent
Deposit: 5 weeks' rent
The holding deposit, the equivalent of one weeks rent, will be allocated to the first months rent once satisfactory references have been received. The holding deposit is non refundable, if a tenant withdraws their application once referencing has commenced or, if misleading information is provided or information is withheld on the application form.
* Referencing charges do not apply to tenants of assured shorthold tenancies, student accommodation, or licences but may apply for other types of tenancy ie company lets and contractual tenancies.
References will start immediately upon receipt of the holding deposit

Tenancy Information - All rooms have a kitchenette, double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk, en-suite shower rooms. However some rooms have balconies and some rooms are much large than others. Because of this we have three room types at different prices, they are

Bronze Rooms at £165 per week
Silver Rooms at £190 per week
Gold Rooms at £215 per week

All rooms will be available from the 1st of September 2023 over a 51 week contract.
