Since we moved to this house both children have moved to a local school which is within walking distance via the park. The house and the road are great for families, our children often play out on the road with their bikes or scooters as the road is only used by residents. Also, street parties are regular, and everyone gets involved and it's always fun for everyone. There is also a bi-annual pollarding of the trees' which the kids love.

The previous owners had kept the property to a good standard, they converted the garage, which we now use as a study/office.
