Situation - The land is situated to the 1.5 miles south east of Bere Alston, and approximately 6.5 miles west of Yelverton and 7 miles south of Tavistock. After 1/3 of a mile, and at the first crossroads, turn left onto Hensbury Lane and follow the road for about 3/4 of a mile.
