From Monmouth take the A40 northwards turning left signed to Goodrich and immediately right onto the B4229. Proceed around Goodrich and over Kerne Bridge, turning right onto the B4234 to Coleford and Lydbrook. After about 2 miles fork left up the hill signed to Ruardean. Turn left in the village, go past the garage and take the second right into School Road and continue up the hill to Turners Tump and turn right into Pettycroft Lane where the cottage is on the right hand side.
