My flat has been my own slice of heaven; from the high ceilings to the large wooden sash windows which let in an abundance of natural light throughout the day, which is what I love most about my property. Whilst living here I have done a few renovations from the installation of a new modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, to the full decorative overhaul of the flat, which I feel is fairly fresh with neutral tones and a splash of me - so I hope the next owner really likes it.
The location has been perfect for me and second to none as it is just a short walk from Crystal Palace Park which I frequent daily. The Overground station and the ever-famous Crystal Palace Triangle is full of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and much more to explore. Any person or couple would love living so close but yet not within all the hustle and bustle.
I now have a lovely addition to my life, my wonderful dog, Hugo. I also feel it is the right time for me to move so I am now looking for somewhere with outside space, but to be honest if I had some sort of garden here I would have stayed even longer.
Ultimately, I have loved living in Crystal Palace and I will be sad about having to move."
