Then, when they saw the plans for the new-build property, they realised it would be their perfect home. “We wanted a four-bedroom house, on a tranquil cul-de-sac, which would be a safe place for children to play,” one of them recalls. “This house was also going to have a large back garden, where my wife would be able to keep an eye on our youngest from the kitchen.” He continues: “We also liked the idea of having input into the internal finish of the house as it had not been completed “We will feel sad to leave this house and have enjoyed many memories here”
