Log Pile Lodge

House For Sale £90,000
Haveringland Hall Park, Haveringland, Norwich, NR10

Description

The Lodge

Lovingly called Log Pile House, this charming lodge is in a pretty secluded spot on this popular site.  Log Pile House has been a much loved holiday home for the current owners for many years and is immaculately presented throughout.  The lodge is of wooden construction and features a bright & airy open plan living space, kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room and a separate family bathroom, a large veranda and private garden along with two parking spaces.

Being one of the first lodges at Haveringland Hall estate, Log Pile occupies a prime position.  With only a few close neighbours, all well positioned within their own plots, it has a wonderfully secluded feeling.  There is a large veranda to the front and a charming garden to the side which is private and looks out to the woodland beyond.

The living accommodation is spacious with natural light flooding in from all sides.  The open plan living space features a living flame gas fire, French doors out to the veranda and a well equipped kitchen with gas hob and electric oven.

The bedrooms are both a good size and feature lots of built-in storage.  The principal bedroom, with a window looking out to the woodland, has an en suite shower room and the second double bedroom, with a window out to the side has the use of the family bathroom.  A real bonus to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Outside

Log Pile House has a particularly large plot.  There is lawn wrapping around the lodge a large veranda leading into the living space.  There is also a charming side garden overlooking the woodland, ample space for a table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the evening sunshine and a BBQ.

Alongside this there is a parking space to the rear of the lodge and a further space in the adjacent visitor car park that serves all the lodges on this small cul de sac.
