OWNERS' INSIGHT

"Living in Lincombe Manor Retirement Village has been an absolute pleasure for the past six and a half years. We have made many kind, caring friends and thoroughly enjoyed the social and communal activities that take place within the Country Club situated on the ground floor of the comfortable and elegantly furnished Manor House. As residents, who are all automatic members of the club, we have shared many happy hours in the impressive reception area, lounge, dining areas, games room, library and gym. Drinks from the twenty four hour bar, served by the concierge indoors or out on the terrace, have added to the congenial atmosphere which pervades all private or social events. The terraces, overlooking beautiful sea views, provide an ideal setting for rest and relaxation. Whilst living in the village is entirely independent, the opportunity to meet socially with residents and take part in activities organised by the staff or other residents improves the quality of life for many who have chosen to live here. We will miss the many happy hours spent in our sheltered courtyard tending the plants, relaxing and entertaining friends during long hours of sunshine. The twenty four hour concierge staff, as well as the estate manager, are extremely supportive and the gardener ensures that the grounds and woodland areas are colourful and well maintained. Although part of the Manor House, the apartment has a separate entrance as it is detached from the main building."
