Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a highly sought after residential area of North Horsham, this three bedroom semi-detached home has been sympathetically extended and enhanced over the years to create a beautiful family home, with spacious living accommodation and scope to further adapt as needed.

The location is very popular with families due to it's close proximity to both North Heath primary and Holbrook primary, whilst also having a local parade of shops close by including a post office and convenience store, and with Holbrook sports club offering excellent leisure facilities, you can see why so many choose to put down roots here.

Horsham town centre is just a short drive away, with it's excellent range of independent shops, major high street retailers and an abundance of bars and restaurants. Littlehaven train station is a short walk away and offers direct trains to London, and there is a bus stop at the end of the cul-de-sac which has the 200 bus service to Crawley and Gatwick Airport.

Accessed by a driveway with parking for several cars running along the side of the property, a storm porch leads in to a bright and welcoming entrance hall. The main living space is of an open plan design and has been extended to provide an excellent amount of space. To the front is a living room area with gas fire - the perfect spot for cosy nights in watching T.V. Beyond is a dining area, and beyond this is another attractive sitting area but could equally work well as a study area/home office space with patio doors leading out to the rear garden. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of base and wall units, including a useful pull-out breakfast bar. All appliances were recently upgraded and fully integrated including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and hob. The kitchen also benefits from a large pantry cupboard.

From the hallway, stairs lead to the first floor. The bathroom has been tastefully decorated with tiled walls, a heated towel rail and the bath has been replaced with a large double shower. There are three bedrooms - two of those are spacious double bedrooms, bedroom two featuring a built in wardrobe system and bedroom one accommodating a large airing cupboard.

To the rear is an attractive garden, made with easy-maintenance in mind with a lovely mix of pathing stones and shingles, and a large barn door shed tucked behind the detached single garage, which provides additional storage.

The property also benefits from a modern gas fired heating system with the boiler located in the loft, which is accessed by a fitted loft ladder.
