How can I secure a Lodge?

You can reserve the Lodge with a deposit of just £5000 this takes the Lodge off of the market and means no further viewings will be conducted on it. We would encourage you to book a viewing at your earliest convenience to secure your desired lodge. Alternatively, you can pay the full balance in one sum, to purchase the Lodge in its entirety (see below).

How do I purchase my Lodge?

A Sales Agreement is completed which sets out the plot number of the Lodge you are purchasing, you then transfer the purchase price minus the deposit. You can transfer the balance on site or in the comfort of your own home. There is no requirement for a Solicitor as there is no Conveyancing process, purchasing the Lodge is as easy as buying a car. An Agreement will be entered into between yourself and the Country Park directly. Once the Agreement has been signed by the Park and customer, together with the exchange of funds, you are given your keys and can stay over in the lodge that very same night.

What are site fees?

This is an annual fee for your Lodge & it goes towards the maintenance of the park and your use of facilities. The Park works hard to maintain the communal areas of the Country Park to ensure that it remains clean and beautifully presented, the fees help to cover the running costs that are involved. Ground Rent £2950 includes the following:

• 365 day / 12 Months Plot
