The garden is very private, other houses do not really overlook us, and the garage provides plenty of additional space. The group of 4 detached houses is set back from the road so effectively has a private turning area outside which in this area of Parkstone is a very good feature. The house being a fairly new build also has good insulation so low bills. We will miss the neighbours who are lovely, we all look out for each other, and we will also miss being so close to everything."
