The highlight of the flat is this lovely bright lounge/dining room, with a comfy seated area, large dining table and a large desk and area for anyone who needs to catch up o work during their stay. The flat features one room with double bed and another bedroom with a double bed so its perfect for a couple staying or small families. The separate fitted kitchen is fully equipped for all your self catering needs. The bathroom is also a highlight with a lovely roll top bath that's perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is a small seated area outside the flat.

The apartment is located just minutes walk to the Beach, close to shops restaurants and a walk to the main Churchill square shopping area. There are many buses on Western Road if you choose not to walk that will take you into the city. There are many attractions including the famous Brighton Pier, The Royal Pavilion, and the bustling North Laine Shopping District to explore.

There is parking on the road - can be limited but there are numerous pay & display bays, (restrictions are lifted between 8pm-9am). The easiest way to do it is via the Brighton and Hove Council parking app which is called ‘PayByPhone Parking'. On here you can enter how many hours you would like and pay with your card on the app. It is very easy to use, you just need to put in the location code which will be clearly stated on the signposts of the bay you park in. You can also allow notifications to pop up which will alert you to when your parking is going to expire. You can also buy numerous days at once, which is useful if you know you are not going to move your car for a couple of days.

- Check-in time is 3PM - 9PM.
- Check out 11 am
- Shoes off in the apartment please.
- No smoking anywhere in the apartment or property.
- No candles.
