An upgraded version of it's sister studios, the Deluxe offers a similar layout to the Essential but comes with additional space for storage. Furniture packages for all rooms will include a 3 piece bathroom pod, small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving unit, a study desk & chair as standard. In addition, studio apartments come with a kitchenette containing a fridge with ice box, 2 ring hob, extractor fan & combi microwave as well as a small dining table & chair(s). Utility bills such as electricity, water & WiFi are all inclusive. We only have three Deluxe studios remaining for the next academic year! Overall, the buildings will contain 46 studio apartments and 83 cluster apartments. Studios are perfect for those looking for independent living with a range of prices and layouts to suit your budget. If you'd like to rent as part of a group, the building offers 4, 5, 6 & 7 bed cluster apartments, all consisting of en suite bedrooms with a shared kitchen/living room. Apartments can be reserved exclusively for your group or on a per room basis.

Concierge and management staff will be on site for your added convenience and security. Tenants will also have 24 hour access to the buildings’ communal facilities which include a gym, launderette, entertainment area & secure bike storage facilities.
