Location: - The land is situated in a rural location between Hales Green and the village of Yeaveley and is 4.8 miles from Ashbourne and 11.3 miles from Uttoxeter.

Directions: - Travelling South on the A515 out of Ashbourne, take the first turning left after the Darley Moor race track towards Hales Green and Yeaveley.  Continue along this road for approximately 1 mile through Hales Green and the roadside field gateway to the land can be found on the left hand side immediately after the sign for Hales Green indicated by a Bagshaws LLP 'for sale' board.
