Godstone is a village in Surrey lying close to the North Downs and approximately 12 miles north east of Crawley and 8 miles east of Reigate. It can be accessed via the A22, which provides access to the M25 motorway at junction 5 about 4 miles to the north. Godstone railway station lies to the east of the site and provides regional rail links to towns including Redhill and Tonbridge. Gatwick Airport lies about 12 miles to the south west.
The site is located to the west of the village of South Godstone and is accessed via Tilburtstow Hill Road.
