Sellers Story - This was the first home we bought together. We instantly loved the period style and it presented the perfect opportunity for a full extension and renovation into a family home. We have retained all the traditional features and style, while fitting it out to a high modern spec.
We love all the rooms in the house , the lounge is probably the overall favourite, with a feature fire place built using original bricks from the house; it's such a cosy, relaxing, family room. The main bathroom is also a firm favourite with its feature roll top bath and walk-in shower.

We have great memories here with the birth of both our boys - the first of which was just a month after moving in, when we were living out of one room at the time, as we finished the extension around us.

Throughout every season, it's been such a lovely family home and we've made many happy memories here; from summer bbqs, to cosy winter evenings and dressing the house up for Christmas. We have enjoyed many walks in Crackley Woods and along the Greenway - it's a great countryside location with beautiful views, we often see Muntjac deer grazing in the fields - and has the benefit of local amenities such as Warwick Arts Centre just down the road at the University, and Warwick Sport, the new gym/swimming facility that we use regularly.

We will always miss pulling up on the drive, especially at Christmas, and seeing the lovely home we made. We will be leaving with a heavy heart as we've been so happy living here and have put our heart and soul into it, but we are looking for another renovation project as the time is right for us as a family.
