This flat has been set up with people in mind who need short term accommodation and want to avoid the expensive hotel and other hosts charges.
There are three rooms which share the kitchen and bathroom and the bedroom itself will be exclusive to you of course.

However on occasion we can consider a month booking for a special offer. you would need to log into the Air bnb site and request a room with specific dates and we can make an offer back to you for a specific price, This will need to cover laundry and cleaning charges at the end of your term. Any damages will be claimed via Air bnb and they do have their own admin fees.

I can on occasion consider a longer 3 month period if not advanced booking precede your one. Again this will need to be at a special price and then linen will not be provided for such a long stay. Please could you get in touch directly before the booking on Air bnb to discuss your requirements first.
