"When I bought the house 28 years ago I knew it was the perfect place for me. Since then I have had so many fun and happy times here, spent with good friends and my neighbours on Balmain Street. The community on the street is like no other I've known; vibrant, loving and fun, are the first three words that spring to mind. Over the years we've had lots of street parties, Many of us neighbours have been here for 20+ years now!
