The property itself has just been completely renovated to an extremely high standard.
The first thing to say about this 'cracking' 2 bedroom house is that it has massive 'kerb appeal'. Set back away from the quiet road, it has a lovely established front garden laid mainly to lawn that is split into two by a path that runs from the pavement to the property. There are established flower beds PLUS. everyone in this fabulous neighbourhood keeps their property looking fabulous. No wonder Tylney Croft is so popular and sought after!
As you enter the property you find yourself in the hallway. It is a decent size and you can access the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen via two doors. One leads into the lounge area whilst the other leads into the kitchen area. Of course there is the staircase as well.
I'm starting upstairs with this property. Whilst there is absolutely nothing wrong with this house whatsoever, I think it's worth saving the best for last.
