We have been very happy living here and it will always be our little girl’s first home. We are now looking to move to Kent to be closer to my husband’s family. It will be a heartache to leave this great flat, but it is the way life goes.

It is just a stone's throw away from South Croydon station, and you can walk to East Croydon station in just 15 minutes. This was a very important point for me when I bought it as I worked in the City at the time and needed easy train transport to London Bridge, which has been improved since. Buses on Brighton Road and St Peters Road take you easily to Croydon’s town centre (to where you can walk in 12-15 minutes), Purley Way (Ikea, B&Q, bowling alleys, etc.), and all around the Croydon borough area."
