This pretty red brick and slate roofed Victorian property dates back to the turn of the last century and was built to house farm workers for the local estate. Over the last four years the property has undergone a complete renovation from the ground upwards including a new roof and all exterior walls re pointed. The ground floors have been insulated with 150mm Celotex and all internal walls have also been insulated with 75mm Celotex insulation board, double glazed sash windows with fitted blinds to all but one windows, recessed spotlights throughout, all tiled floors benefit from underfloor heating backed by Anthracite coloured cast iron radiators with Nickel taps.
