House For Sale £260,000
Slades Hill, Templecombe

Description
A delightful two bedroom mid-terrace Georgian stone cottage situated on the outskirts of the village of Templecombe. We believe that the property dates back to the 1780's and during the past six years it has been owned by the sellers who have made substantial improvements including a new roof, the creation of the loft room and landscaping the garden. The cottage benefits from LP gas central heating, uPVC double glazed windows and has a dual fuel stove. The property is within an easy walk to the mainline train station running from Exeter to London Waterloo and to the newly open Coop store, village shop and primary school. The village also benefits from a variety of clubs and societies and has a good transport service to the nearby towns where there are plenty of other facilities.
