APPLICATION PROCESS This entire application process is electronic. Upon receipt of acceptable references we will look to confirm a start date with you and arrange for the tenancy agreement to be drawn up which will be sent to you for electronic signature. The remaining first month's rent and damages deposit will be required a minimum of 3 working days before the tenancy begins, this is payable by bank transfer only.
