Directions - From Glossop, head North out of the town along the B6105 Woodhead Road. Continue along the road out of the town and take a left hand turning onto Cemetery Road towards Hadfield. Once on the road, continue past the cemetery and straight over the staggered crossroads, then past a farm on the right hand side, the land will be on the left hand side as indicated by our For Sale board.

Planning History - The land has previously had planning approved for a lambing and hay barn although this has now expired.

Services - We are not aware of any services connected to the land, however there is a natural water supply which runs around the edge of the land.

Tenure And Possession - The land is sold freehold with vacant possession upon completion.

Overage Clause - The land will be subject to an overage of 20% upon any uplift in value arising from any development outside agricultural or equestrian consent from being granted for development for a period of 25 years from the completion date.

Deposits & Completion - The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer.
