House For Sale £450,000
Wick Crescent, Brislington

Description
'Living on The Crescent made settling in Bristol so easy. We have had a baby since living here and it has been great to access so many local baby groups and cafes. We really enjoy having Sandy Park close by, particularly the Deli and Kin the coffee shop. It also great to be able to walk into town in under an hour or grab a Voi or the bus and be there in 10 minutes if you're in a hurry. Standing at the top of Sandy Park and being able to see so much of the city and the bridge is always a great start to the daily commute. Nightingale Valley Brook is a short walk from the house, but feels like an oasis in the city. We enjoy the Langton for a post work pint and take advantage of Bocabar which do the best local pizzas. It's brilliant to be able to have such quick access to the city but also being a 15 minute drive from the countryside. We've also enjoyed cycling to Bath on the cycleway. The local community are young and friendly and we have loved being a part of it.'

Situated in a lovely pocket of houses in Brislington, this property is within walking distance of several well-regarded shops and cafes including Grounded and Deli at Sandy Park. The area is popular with young professionals families, being both close to the city centre but also accessible to several parks and larger green areas, such as the Nightingale Valley Nature Reserve and St Annes Wood. Arnos Vale Cemetery is just a short walk away and there are fairly extensive footpaths around the River Avon, which wrap around Brislington through some scenic spots, which includes the popular Beese's Riverside Bar to the west. The area is also home to several good schools, such as Hollymead and Broomhill Primary.
