The property has been remodelled by the owners, to incorporate a versatile and stylish kitchen/dining/family room and has the potential for an easily adaptable ground floor self contained guest bedroom suite, if required.

Over the ground floor there is a principal sitting room with a multi fuel stove and an outlook over the lovely front and rear gardens, an adjoining study/bedroom five, an en suite shower room, a home office and a utility room fitted with a range of cupboards and having direct access to a very useful covered passageway, perfect for various storage options and linking through to the front and rear gardens.

From the entrance hall a door leads to the multi purpose dining/family room which is open to the excellent kitchen/breakfast room. Featuring underfloor heating to kitchen/family area and conservatory and porcelain tiled floor. The kitchen has been bespoke fitted with a range of cupboards, central island with breakfast bar and various integral appliances. To one end a door leads out to a pretty enclosed courtyard and from the dining/family area double doors open to the Portland conservatory, with direct access via French doors to the garden.

Arranged over the first floor are four pretty bedrooms, all enjoy a lovely outlook over the rear gardens. They are served by a family shower room, an en suite bathroom to the main bedroom and an en suite shower room to bedroom two, all featuring modern white sanitary ware. There is a good range of eaves storage and ladder access can be gained to a substantial loft area.

Covehurst is approached via electric gates, with the drive leading to a parking area, suitable for a number of cars and the Heritage oak framed open bay car barn. The front gardens are laid to lawn with evergreen hedging. The main beautifully landscaped gardens lie to the rear, with a generous paved terrace and an ornamental fish pond with varieties of freshwater fish and a seating area screened by a timber pergola enhanced by a chocolate vine. The lawn stretches away, with wide herbaceous borders and shrubs. A curved double beech hedge divides the formal garden from a lovely wild garden area and productive kitchen garden, cutting garden, apple orchard and quince and plum trees. Outbuildings include a wisteria clad summerhouse, a mower store, a potting shed, a wood store, a workshop and a mower store, a number of these benefit from both power and light.
