We are looking for a long term tenant who wants to rent this lovely unfurnished 3 bedroom family home within the Aldryngton and traditional Maiden Erlegh catchment. The property is also close to Earley Railway Station, Maiden Erlegh Lake & Nature Reserve, local shops and regular bus routes. Available late July 2023 onwards. Unfurnished.

The property had been the current owners much loved home for several years and they have now emigrated. They had carried out various improvements and modernisations including replacement of the boiler, upgrading the consumer unit, redecoration, rearrangement and refitting of the bathroom. Since then the property has been let to the same tenant for about 5 years who have looked after it well during that time.

The property is not far from the University and there are extensive amenities at the Asda and Marks & Spencers complexes in Lower Earley, or at Woodley Precinct. Reading Town Centre offers a wide range of leisure and retail facilities as well as a main line Railway Station with fast services to Paddington, the Elizabeth Line and services to Waterloo which run through both Earley and Winnersh Triangle Railway Stations.

The M4 motorway can be joined locally either at junction 11, where there is also the A33 south towards Basingstoke, or at junction 10 where London then lies about 40 miles away and Heathrow Airport 28 miles away

The property is available from late July 2023 for a minimum 1 year term. The landlords hope to find long term tenants.

Please note these photographs were taken in 2018 and the property is unfurnished.
