board. Continue along the road for a further 0.5 miles and the access to Lot 1 will be on the right side, again identifiable by the for sale board.

From the South
Exit the A1 at the junction signposted Carlton and at the Tjunction, turn left on to B1164/Ossington Road. Follow for 2.4 miles then turn right on to Moorhouse Road and continue along this road for 1.2 miles where the access to Lot 1 will be on the left side, identifiable by the for sale board.
