The Greater Manchester Pension Fund (GMPF) are seeking a residential manager to take a lease over an entire apartment development, known as The Foundry, Bolton.

Terms have been agreed between Bolton Council (the landowner), Step Places (the Developer) and GMPF (the forward funder) to construct 114 apartments for the private rental market.

Construction works have commenced and completion of the development is forecast to take place in March 2025.

Step Places have agreed to develop and GMPF have agreed to acquire all 114 apartments.

GMPF are seeking to identify a partner with a track record of successfully operating and managing residential properties, to take a long term lease over both apartment buildings.

Proposals from interested parties are invited with the intention to enter an agreement for lease later this year.
