OWNERS INSIGHT

"We have enjoyed many happy years living here since 2011 raising our three children. As the property is close to good schools and within walking distance of Plainmoor and St Marychurch, it has also been very handy for a large variety of amenities. Upton Park is also nearby with the town centre easily accessible. We have also benefitted from being able to park in the lane at the rear of the property, as did the previous owners. A new roof was fitted in 2015 and we took the opportunity to open up the loft space for storage and added 2 windows to allow the space to be used as a hobby room and workspace. The basement and utility room have provided an invaluable space within the home and have served a number of uses for the family-first as an extra TV room, and then as a gaming area."
