*Vendor's Comments:* "I bought this property because it had so much more space than a lot of the other properties I had viewed. There is plenty of space in the living room for a sofa and a dining table. In the bedroom, I could have two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The garden also gave me outside space which was invaluable in the pandemic. It is lovely to sit out in the afternoon sun. I wouldn’t want to leave the property but I have moved away from the area for work purposes. Norwood Junction is a great place to live. The flat is just an approximate 10 minute walk from South Norwood Country Park, which is a great place to spend time, go for a walk or a run and it has a park for kids.
The flat is just 7 minutes from Norwood Junction station which is thirteen minutes from London Bridge by rail. There are also direct trains to Victoria, Gatwick Airport and Luton Airport. The high street has a number of friendly restaurants and pubs, and if you like football Selhurst Park is just a 20 minute walk away."
