I have always liked this very pretty Town house. I like the railings at the front, the bay and the dormer window. It is typical of the period. So too is the interior, both in layout with two reception rooms, both with fireplaces to admire (the dining room features a log burner), a good size kitchen and utility where the bathroom would once have been, and in style. I personally love the period colour schemes, but all will love the kitchen having been done in a scullery style as well as the huge family bathroom which features a free standing roll top bath, high level WC and is dressed perfectly. I also believe the slate flag floor works brilliantly, both in practicality and aesthetically. There are modern surprises too. The main bedroom is big features an ensuite shower room, which again is presented perfectly. There are two more bedrooms on the second floor, although the third bedroom is largely used as a hobby space. The one at the back is a very good size with a lovely view.
Outside, The garden has been nicely thought through with a meandering path leading to a seating area perfect for those alfresco dining evenings. Covered in mature stubs giving a private feel to the garden the current owner has spent ample of time and attention to make this a wonderful garden.
