What the owners say.We chose the property because of the size of all the rooms, there are 3 double bedrooms all with lots storage with inbuilt wardrobes and the single is a good size. It is in walking distance to the River Thames, near Surbiton train station and is in the catchment area of fabulous schools. Having a park across the road is perfect for playing sports and walking our dog. We love the size of our house it is great for a family and we have refurbished it to a high standard.The living room and garden provides indoor outdoor living and a perfect space for entertaining larger groups. The garden is south facing and is a sun trap and perfect to relax in.Since our ownership, we have erected a rear extension, refurbished all three bathrooms, fitted a new kitchen, installed a water softener, replaced the entire heating system including radiators, replaced all windows at the rear of the property and recently redecorated the property throughout.Our neighbours are very friendly and we all get on very well. We help each other and also look out for each other's houses when away from home. The best neighbours we have ever had and we will be very sad to leave them behind.
