The Sellers Words.

Why you purchased the property?

“Fantastic home, perfect for our family life and in a village we love living in. The size of every room was just perfect”.

What attracted you first?

“The hallway. We previously had a narrow hallway which was awful to get the buggy in. This house offered space in the hallway or entry through the garage into the house on mucky days. Also, the solid door and staircase – beautiful.

Not being overlooked by neighbours. We moved from London and wanted a sense of space without being isolated. The garden was a fantastic size. Big enough to have a summer pop up 12ft heated pool, play football and have friends round for a BBQ. All without it feeling too big to maintain - we simply don't have the time or inclination to spend more than short bursts of time gardening. Prefer socialising in it.

The upstairs, having one side of the house (bedrooms and bathroom) for the boys and the other for us.”

What are your favourite features?

“The hallway and staircase and the back living room on snowy days with the glass room extension and a roaring fire”

What will you miss most?
“The whole house. There is a real sense of calm and peace, and the house has a wonderful vibe to it.
