DIRECTIONS

From London take the M40 and exit the motorway at Junction 2. Follow the short dual carriageway signposted to Amersham and Beaconsfield. At the large roundabout, turn left and continue on the A40 into Beaconsfield. At the second roundabout, turn right onto the B474 towards Hazlemere and Penn. Follow this road for about 2.5 miles, through Beaconsfield new town and out of the town. Turn right onto Clay Street signed towards Winchmore Hill, turning left at the crossroads. After about 1 1/2 miles the property will be found on your left hand side.
