Flemish bond brick; old tile roof; brick stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys, original 3-window range. C19 carved brackets to pedimented hood over early C20 door. Mid C19 horned sash in blocked door to right. Stone lintel over mid C18 sash to right, gauged brick flat arches over other mid C18 sashes and brick soldier arch over inserted mid C19 sash to left. Half-hipped roof; ridge, right end and rear lateral stacks. Interior: C18 panelled and plank doors. Chamfered beams and bressumer over fireplace. Winder stairs to rear right. C15 cruck to left obscured by inserted stack, has smoke-blackened exposed timbers and mortices for collar-yoke; similar truss to right has only strut visible. C16 two-bay collar-truss roof to right.
