Directions - From our Leek office, take the A53 (Newcastle Road) towards Ladderedge. Continue to follow Ladderedge until reaching the top of the brow, going past City Lane and then turn right onto School Lane. After 0.5 miles turn onto Devil's Lane and Lot Three will be situated on the left. For lots one and two following School Lane for approximately a further 0.5 miles and the land will be situated on the right hand side signposted by the Agent's 'For Sale' sign.
