Directions

From Exeter proceed along the Topsham Road and on reaching the Countess Wear roundabout continue straight over towards Topsham. At the mini round about in the centre of town, continue straight over and at the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Monmouth Hill and the next left onto Monmouth Street. After about 400 yards take the next left onto Monmouth Avenue, after approximately 200 yards turn left down a private drive where Quay Gardens will be found at the bottom of the drive.
