The property combines the convenience of a central location with a good standard of accommodation and flat facilities. Located on the first floor, the living quarters are well proportioned, light and airy. There are two double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and lounge.
The master bedroom has a Super King size bed, sofa and a wardrobe.
The second has been designed to offer flexible sleeping arrangements. A super king size bed can be divided into twin singles. There is also an annex off this room with additional single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. We also provide all kitchen utensils that you might need. In the kitchen there is a dining area for up to 7 people and additional space to store kit or bikes downstairs.
The bathroom has both shower and bath facilities.
Paying a holding deposit (up to a maximum of 1 weeks rent) for the property you are applying for stops the property from being viewed by other applicants (however the property may still remain advertised as references pending). By paying the holding deposit it allows us to start your referencing and the admin to prepare the tenancy. Once the referencing procedure is completed and all checks have passed, the holding deposit can either be returned to the applicant, or put towards the first months' rent or deposit.
Some or all of the holding deposit can be retained by the agent if the applicant withdraws their application or does not pass the referencing procedure by providing false or misleading information.
