The three further double bedrooms offer a good choice for the rest of the family however bed two will be in most demand as that also has a stylish en suite which is similar to the main en suite but this time with black accents.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the main bathroom which, similar to the others, has a beautiful choice of tiling and a bath with a shower catering for all tastes.

Unlike some other renovation projects, the garden has also benefited from a makeover. Enclosed with new fencing, with a newly laid lawn area and exceptional porcelain patio area there really is something for everyone.

At the bottom of the garden, we find the newly built exterior room which could easily be used as a garage or would lend itself to being repurposed as a home office or gym with some very minor auditions.
