Tenancy:
The successful applicant will be required to sign a two year Farm Business Tenancy- a draft of which will be available at the viewing days.

Rental:
The rent tendered shall be on a £15,000 per annum basis for the letting of the whole steading. The accepted rent will then be payable to Homes England.

The tenant will be responsible for all other outgoings on the property.

Tenants Improvements:
Provision for this will be covered in the tenancy agreement. No improvements will be compensated at the end of the term unless it has had the Landlords previous written consent.
