From Launceston town centre proceed east bound along the A30 dual carriageway. Continue on this road for approximately 7 miles and take the second left hand turning signposted Roadford Lake and Dingles Fairground Heritage Centre. Upon reaching the T junction turn right, and then the next left signposted A30, and take the next right (this is before entering onto the A30) and follow this unclassified road for approximately 1 mile. Townleigh Farm will be identified on the right hand side. Take the second right hand entrance into the stone gravelled courtyard where the property will be identified straight ahead.
