There is a small Tesco within walking distance and a bigger Aldi and a Sainsbury’s in Selsdon which is a 10 mins bus/car journey away. In addition, there’s a LIDL in Addington (15 mins) and a Waitrose in Sanderstead (15 mins). You can be on the M25 within 25 mins, and you can also get to Gatwick Airport in an hour by train or car (even less if you drive outside of rush hour). The flat comes with its own private off-street car parking space and a separate outbuilding for storing bicycles.

I had the property fully redecorated and re-carpeted in summer 2022. I also installed a very efficient brand new boiler that year, which has saved us £375 on gas bills in a year. Being a top-floor flat, it also has loft space, which is useful for storage."
