"We have loved living in this area of Leyton for the past 29 years as it has everything you need around you. Transport links are excellent, Lea Bridge train station is 5 minute walk, and it's about 5 minutes to get to Stratford International Station, the main transport hub from there. The bus service is brilliant to all destinations including the city centre. For shopping Aldi Supermarket is a 5 minute walk across the road or a 2 minute drive, there is also an ASDA 5 minutes drive down Leyton Orient Way. Walthamstow Market is easy to walk to or take a bus. We have enjoyed our walks to Leyton Jubilee Park accessed by nearby Seymour Road and stopping off at KookoLaLa for a lunch or coffee and cake. The other walk we love is the beautiful Walthamstow Wetlands in Lea Valley, and stopping off at the Larder Cafe. We love to stop off for a drink and food outside on the river at the Princess of Wales and sit and watch the canal boats go by. Recently we have been lucky enough to have a lot of beautiful artisan cafes and delicatessens open on Lea Bridge Road. Just round the corner is the Hare and Hounds which has a massive garden and does wonderful food, particularly the Sunday lunches. Seymour Road Medical Centre is round the corner with our local GP. We used to go ice skating and Lea Valley Ice Centre is just up the road and it has recently been refurbished. Lea Valley Horse Riding Centre is also next to it. It is a great place to live!"
