This is also an ideal base if you like getting out into the Great Outdoors. It's perfectly positioned as a base for exploring the Cornish Alps and the nearby Clay Trails for walkers and cyclists.

And it's also well placed if you're heading further afield, with both Truro and the North Coast beaches less than half an hour's drive away.
