The land is a rural oasis in the the middle of the built up city of Plymouth. Whilst riding out from here is not very practical, there is an opportunity to 'box up' and drive to nearby Dartmoor for unrivalled riding. The land would equally be suited for the grazing of perhaps a retired horse or donkey or other pets. (The current owners have enjoyed keeping donkeys and 2 very friendly pigs!)

Given the convenient location for many it would also suit somebody with an in interest in wildlife or somebody who also wants to grow their own vegetables (Goodlife Style)., Given the excellent fencing and privacy, it could also be used for a safe area for ones children or dogs to play, , or just a pleasant private area to picnic beside the stream that might turn out to be a good long term investment., perhaps with long term potential.
