Park Street, Totterdown

Description
"It's going to be really hard leaving our home on Park Street. It's been the perfect house for us over the last few years. The kitchen is our favourite room in the house. It's lovely and cosy in there in the winter with the log burner on but also a really fun sociable kitchen in the summer. We love having a BBQ in the courtyard area but the views from the top of the garden are also amazing. Especially when the balloon fiesta is on! I will genuinely miss our deep bath too - if you like a bath you can't beat it! It's been great living in Totterdown. It's such a friendly neighbourhood to live in and the people on Park Street are a really friendly bunch. We're really lucky to have places like Arnos Vale so close by. I never thought we'd spend so much time in a graveyard but trust me, it's great! There are loads of excellent places to eat and drink around Totterdown too. Southside and Bocabar are great for drinks and the brunch at Sundial is amazing (I'm going to miss their potatoes more than the bath). If we ever have anyone to stay we always take them to Bank and they talk about it for ages after!"

Impeccably styled and displaying an abundance of warmth and charm, a two bedroom Victorian home in Totterdown. An incredible amount of love and attention to detail has been imprinted within both the interior and exterior during the sellers tenure, creating a contemporary home ideally suited to a first time purchasers or growing family. Soft and bold colours are expertly contrasted throughout the home, with significant period defining features being retained, such as the wooden floorboards and chimney breasts. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, snug living room, spacious kitchen/dining, access to the basement and three piece bathroom suite. The garden has been recently landscaped, maximising the elevated garden to offer multiple tiered seating areas and pleasant views across Bristol, benefitting from very little maintenance.

Park Street is placed to the east of Totterdown and adjacent to the beautiful Arnos Vale Cemetery. This quiet street has the best of both worlds, with a fantastic array of cafes, restaurants and independent shops on Wells Road, as well as the open green spaces of South Bristol. Places on Wells Road, such as Fox & West, an independent cafe and greengrocers selling a diversity of local produce, Bank, Totterdown Canteen and Farrow's Fish & Chips offer some of the best options in the city. Green spaces are in plentiful supply, with Arnos Vale being an idyllic Victorian garden cemetery with the cafe at its heart, the incredible views of Perrett Park, as well as the 50 acres of Victoria Park. Totterdown offers easy access to and from the city, with Bath Road offering an easy link to Bath, the Portway taking you to the M5 and the M32 to the M4 and beyond. Temple Meads Train Station is also a short walk or cycle away, offering connections nationally. Traveling southwards, you find yourself in the Mendips, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
